Vacation Pay
Upon qualifying during your assignment, you may be eligible for vacation pay. After working 1,800 contiguous hours during the preceding 12 month period, you will be eligible for a vacation check for 35 hours at your most recent rate of pay.
Holiday Pay
You qualify for five paid holidays per year after you accumulate 1,800 contiguous working hours and work the full scheduled day before and after a holiday. The following holidays are observed: New Year’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Medical Insurance
Medical insurance is available for any employee that would like to obtain it. Ask a Red Carpet Temporary staff member for details and information regarding this.
Retirement
Employees that become tenured by working full time for three (3) years become eligible to participate in our SIMPLE retirement account. (Similar to a 401K)
