Sales Manager Wendy Coltharp, BS (Psychology), PHR, has an in depth knowledge of the staffing industry. She has spent many summers throughout her high school years assisting the team at RED CARPET EMPLOYMENT in successfully achieving their goals. Wendy is 9 credit hours away from having a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She finds time to serve as the External Relations & Communications Chair for Tri-State SHRM, an active member of Twin Cities Toastmasters, a 2010 Team Captain for the Chamber of Commerce "Ambassadors", the Captain of the Red Carpet Bulldog 100 Race Team, & the 2009/2010 Board of Directors for Kiwanis of Texarkana. Wendy is a 2005 graduate of the Leadership Texarkana program, is on the Mainstreet Texarkana's Promotional Committee, & volunteered as the 2009 Performance Director for the Texarkana Gunslinger's Diamond Darlings, Stage Director and Choreographer for Dancers Against Cancer. In December 2010, she passed her Professional Human Resource Certification. Wendy also won the Toastmasters, District 50, Humorous Speech contest in Dallas, TX in November 2010. |

Co-owner Aggie Butler has over 26 years in HR. She possesses a BAAS degree from Texas A & M University, Texarkana. She is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Texarkana. Aggie has served as Board Member for Business Organization for a New Downtown and Noon Kiwanis, Past President of Tri-State Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, Executive Committee member for Twin Cities Toastmasters, & Co-Chair for the Judging Committee for the annual Christmas Parade. She has also served on the Board for the Texas A & M University, Texarkana, Advisory Committee for the BAAS program. |

Account Executive Jerry Womble came to Red Carpet the last of April 2010 with four (4) years experience in the staffing industry. For most of his life people have been his business in one way or another. In his younger years Jerry spent 25 years with a Christian organization ministering to people from small villages in Honduras to our nation’s largest walled prison in Dear Born Michigan. The human element is what Jerry brings to the table. Building trusting relationships with local businesses and understanding their need for quality staffers to move their company forward. |
