Staffing Coordinator, TJ Coltharp, works with our Client companies and our job Applicants to select the "right person for the job".  He is a member in good standing of Twin Cities Toastmasters and serving currently as the Sergeant of Arms during their meetings.

Account Executive Wendy Butler has an in depth knowledge of the staffing industry.  She has spent many summers throughout her high school years assisting the team at RED CARPET EMPLOYMENT in successfully achieving their goals.  Wendy possesses a Bachelor degree in "Behavioral Science" from Texas A & M University, Texarkana and is continuing her education toward a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.  She finds time to serve as treasurer for the student SHRM chapter, is an active member of Tri-State SHRM, VP of Membership for Twin Cities Toastmasters, an active participant in Junior Achievement, a member in good standing in the National League of Junior Cotillions, the Texarkana Community Ballet,  & the Chamber of Commerce "Ambassadors".  Wendy is a 2005 graduate of the Leadership Texarkana program.

Co-owner Aggie Butler has over 25 years in HR.  She possesses a BAAS degree from Texas A & M University, Texarkana. She is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Texarkana. Aggie has served as Board Member for Business Organization for a New Downtown and Noon Kiwanis. Executive Committee member for Twin Cities Toastmasters, & Co-Chair for the Judging Committee for the annual Christmas Parade.  Aggie is a member in good standing of the Tri-State Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and currently serves on their Board of Directors as Program Chair.  She is also on the Board for the Texas A & M University, Texarkana, Advisory Committee for the BAAS program and the Texarkana Family and Resource Center.

Co-owner Dwayne Butler possesses over 10 years directly in HR with Red Carpet Employment Agency, Inc. + 15 more in retail.  Dwayne has a Bachelor degree in Physics.  He is active in the community & has served as Board Member for the Chamber of Commerce, VP of Membership for Tri-State SHRM, President of Tri-State SHRM, President of B.O.N.D., Board Member for the Texarkana Family Resource Center, Area 11 Governor for Twin Cities Toastmasters, and is a 1998 graduate of Leadership Texarkana & a member of the Better Business Bureau.  Dwayne is currently serving as EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER for the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and is the 2005 PRESIDENT ELECT for the Tri-State Society for Human Resource Management.

Staffing Coordinator Angela Burks has over 13 years experience in the hotel industry.  Along with her position as General Manager came a wealth of experience with supervision and all facets of human resources.  Ms. Burks thoroughly enjoys helping people and.....rescuing turtles crossing the highway.

 

 

Staffing Coordinator Kim Sanders possesses both skill and experience with clerical positions.  She attended City College in Norman, OK, acquiring specialized computer training and specialized legal training;  She completed her studies with a 3.9 GPA.  Ms. Sanders is a native to Texarkana, having completed her high school education at Liberty Eylau.

Receptionist/Payroll Clerk Adrienne Morgan coordinates all traffic through the front door or on the telephone, routing everyone to the proper destination.  Additionally she teams up with Ms. Aggie Butler, Co-owner of RCEA, to process all payroll information.
